Maintenance service

All Sanitary ware products sold by Taiwan INAX come with a one-year warranty. If you need repair service, please contact your original dealer. When purchasing electronics-related products, please ask the dealer for a guarantee.

Precautions:

1. For products not sold by Taiwan INAX, maintenance services cannot be provided.
2. During the warranty period, the company provides free maintenance and parts replacement services, but this is not the case if it is a human error.
3. Any damage caused by natural disasters, force majeure and improper human operation is not covered by the warranty.
4. The testing fee outside the warranty period is NT $ 500, and it will be charged even if it is not repaired after testing.
